Meet the Club Staff

    • Scott Campbell

      General Manager

      Scott is a PGA Golf Professional who came to us from Pleasant Valley Golf Course where he spent nine years as a Golf Professional. He joined Dominion Valley in 2011 first as our Head Golf Professional before he was promoted to the General Manager. He graduated from The University of Charleston in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

      Tyler Puckett

      Membership Director

      A native of Salem, Virginia, Tyler graduated from Roanoke College in 2005. Studying pre-law, he made the switch to sports management and moved to Baltimore after a quick stint in the Outer Banks. While living and working in Baltimore, Tyler met his now wife Sarah, who works for the PGA, and decided to relocate to Washington, DC. Prior to Dominion Valley, Tyler worked for the Washington Nationals in their sales department.

      Adam Pecora

      Club Controller

      Adam began his career with Toll Golf in 2003 as a Division Accountant. He then went on to become Assistant Controller at Belmont Country Club, one of our sister Clubs in Virginia. Now, as Club Controller of Dominion Valley Country Club & Regency at Dominion Valley Golf Club, Adam is an expert at answering any questions about Membership accounts.

      Jennifer Schiavone

      Marketing & Communications Director

      Jennifer was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and graduated from University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University with Marketing and Business degrees. Jennifer works off-site where she splits her time between Dominion Valley and Toll Golf. At Dominion Valley, Jennifer manages our marketing and communications as well as website and social media presence.

      Food & Beverage Director

      Kenny was born in Brooklyn, NY where at the age of 9 months he decided it was time for the family to relocate to New Jersey. He spent all of his pre-college years in the Central Jersey area before heading off to the University of Delaware to study English Literature. Following college, Kenny worked in live TV, experiential marketing, and owned his own gym before diving headfirst into the world of hospitality where he has worked for some of the most respected companies in hospitality including BR Guest Hospitality, Trulucks, Guy Fieri and most recently the PGA TOUR at TPC Potomac where he led his department to back-to-back Food & Beverage Operations of the Year. In his spare time, Kenny enjoys running, golfing and writing and is an avid fan of the Philadelphia sports scene. Kenny is excited to have joined the Toll Golf family and hopes to add to the great tradition and reputation that Toll has built over the years.

      Brittany Batcheler

      Banquet Manager

      Brittany Batcheler joins Dominion Valley Country Club as our Catering and Banquet Manager. With over 10 years' experience in the industry, she provides a strong expertise in coordinating upscale private events, while maintaining superior client satisfaction. Prior to joining DVCC, Brittany was the director of sales at Bristow Manor Golf Club where she increased sales growth year by year and led the club to maintain numerous awards throughout her 10 years with the company. Brittany is native to Northern Virginia and brings a competitive edge with her knowledge of the local venues, events and trends. She looks forward to being a part of the Toll Brothers' luxury brand and creating growth within Dominion Valley Country Club for years to come.

      Dustin Berger

      Executive Chef

      Born outside Buffalo NY, Chef Dustin Berger has been working in kitchens since he was 15 years old. Dustin Received his degree from the Culinary Institute of America. After graduation he returned to Buffalo to open “The Chocolate Bar”, and then to Pittsburg to work at “Grand Concourse”. He continued his culinary path to Northern Virginia working at “The Presidential Country Club, Lansdowne Resort” where he met his wife. They have two children and reside in Middleburg, VA. Chef Dustin joins the Dominion Valley team from “The American Tap Room” and is looking forward to working with the local community, introducing more food related member events, and changing the menu seasonally with fresh items.

    • Mason Jobin, PGA

      Head Golf Professional - Dominion Valley Country Club

      A Chicago native, Mason is a graduate of New Mexico State University's Professional Golf Management Program. His most recent positions have been local, at Pleasant Valley Golf Club and Belmont Country Club. Mason prides himself on providing excellent customer service to members and their guests.

      Tom Willett

      Golf Shop Manager - Regency at Dominion Valley

      Tom was raised in Groveland, MA and graduated from The Golf Academy of America in Arizona in 2004. There he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Golf Operations and Management. After College, he moved to Virginia and spent three years as a Golf Professional at The Golf Club at Lansdowne. Tom left Lansdowne in 2008 to work at Belmont Country Club as the Assistant Golf Professional for the last seven years prior to coming to work this year at Regency at Dominion Valley.

      Ryan McAlpine

      Assistant Golf Professional - Dominion Valley Country Club

      Ryan spent his childhood in Sewell, New Jersey. In 2010, he graduated from the Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach with an Associate's Degree in Business and Golf Complex Management. After moving to the Northern Virginia area in 2011, he worked at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club as a caddie for 6 years.

      Patrick McNamara

      Superintendent - Dominion Valley Country Club

      Patrick joins the Dominion Valley team from our neighbors to the south, The Piedmont Club; where he spent the past three seasons as their Golf Course Superintendent. He began his career at The Piedmont Club, back in 2008, as their Assistant Golf Course Superintendent before transitioning to work for the PGA Tour at TPC @ Avenal Farm in Potomac, Maryland. As an assistant at TPC Avenal he helped host two professional championships, the 2010 Constellation Senior Players Championship and the 2012 Web.Com Tour’s Neediest Kids Championship. Patrick graduated from The University of Maryland with a certification in Golf Course Management.

      Membership Coordinator
      Located in Sports Pavilion

      Originally from Raleigh, NC and a Wake Forest University graduate, Jennifer moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1994 for her job. After raising two children, she decided to re-enter the workforce by joining the Dominion Valley Country Club Membership team in July, 2007. As Membership Coordinator, Jennifer enjoys the daily interaction with the membership and helping enhance their experience at the Club. She has also become an avid Golfer during her tenure here!

    • Andy Pfefferkorn

      Fitness Center Director

      Andy has been in the fitness industry for over 22 years, having served in the public, private, and corporate areas. He caters to a diverse clientele, and always delivers professional, researched backed training strategies to enhance behavior modification and quality of life.

      Certifications / Education: Certified Fitness Professional with specialty focus in Post Rehabilitation and Youth Athletics.
