    • Andy Salguero

      General Manager

      Andrew Salguero has been promoted to the General Manager position at Dominion Valley Country Club! Andy was most recently the Assistant General Manager at Belmont Country Club. Originally from a small town in Western Massachusetts, Andy has spent the past 24 years in the hospitality industry; the last 18 of those in private country clubs. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Andy has held leadership positions at clubs throughout the Southeast including; the Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia, the Standard Club in Duluth, Georgia, and the University Club in Memphis, Tennessee. Andy joined the Toll Golf team in the fall of 2016 as Assistant General Manager & Executive Chef at Parkland Golf & Country Club, before moving to Belmont Country Club. Please welcome and congratulate Andy to his new role as General Manager!

      Tyler Puckett

      Senior Director of Membership Sales

      A native of Salem, Virginia, Tyler graduated from Roanoke College in 2005. Studying pre-law, he made the switch to sports management and moved to Baltimore after a quick stint in the Outer Banks. While living and working in Baltimore, Tyler met his now wife Sarah, who works for the PGA, and decided to relocate to Washington, DC. Prior to Dominion Valley, Tyler worked for the Washington Nationals in their sales department.

      Jennifer Schiavone

      Marketing & Communications Director

      Jennifer was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and graduated from University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University with Marketing and Business degrees. Jennifer works off-site where she splits her time between Dominion Valley and ClubCorp. At Dominion Valley, Jennifer manages our marketing and communications as well as website and social media presence.

      Grace James

      Member Relations Coordinator

      Grace is from Chesapeake, Virginia and graduated from James Madison University in 2019. At Dominion Valley, Grace creates all marketing collateral and event flyers, and manages the Club’s social media presence. In her free time, she enjoys photography and travelling.

      Jackson Wall

      Office Manager

      Jackson is from Chantilly, Virginia and grew up in the nearby neighborhood of Pleasant Valley next to their golf course. He graduated from Old Dominion University in Spring of 2019 where he obtained his degree in Economics. Joining Dominion Valley first as an accounting assistant, he quickly moved up into our Office Manager position. He is here to help with whatever questions or concerns you may have with your bill, always doing it with a smile.

    • Hector Lopez

      Executive Chef

      Hector is originally from El Salvador, however he has lived in Northern Virginia for the last 22 years. He attended the Panamerican Academy of Culinary Arts, earning a degree in Food Service and Hospitality in early 1996. Chef Lopez has spent the past 20 years in the hospitality industry in private country clubs. He most recently served as Executive Chef for Hidden Creek Country Club for several years, and the Country Club at Woodmore. Chef Lopez brings over 22 years of culinary knowledge and club management experience. He is looking forward to using all his culinary experience to provide our Members with a memorable dining experience.

      Danyelle Edwards

      Catering and Banquet Manager

      Danyelle is from Woodbridge, Virginia and she graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She previously worked at Hogan Lovells US, LLP as a Catering Coordinator. Planning and Coordinating events is a passion of hers and she is excited to bring her skills to Dominion Valley. In her free time, she loves to travel, try new foods and is a fashion enthusiast.

    • Mason Jobin, PGA

      Director of Golf - Dominion Valley Country Club

      A Chicago native, Mason is a graduate of New Mexico State University's Professional Golf Management Program. His most recent positions have been local, at Pleasant Valley Golf Club and Belmont Country Club. Mason prides himself on providing excellent customer service to members and their guests.

      Tom Willett

      Golf Shop Manager - Regency at Dominion Valley

      Tom was raised in Groveland, MA and graduated from The Golf Academy of America in Arizona in 2004. There he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Golf Operations and Management. After College, he moved to Virginia and spent three years as a Golf Professional at The Golf Club at Lansdowne. Tom left Lansdowne in 2008 to work at Belmont Country Club as the Assistant Golf Professional for the last seven years prior to coming to work this year at Regency at Dominion Valley.

      Matt Rajkowski, PGA

      Head Golf Professional

      Matt is from Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. His past experience includes 3 years in Philadelphia with an internship at Aronimink Golf Club and an Assistant Golf Professional at Philadelphia Country Club. His most recent job was at Green Oaks Country Club, just outside of Pittsburgh, for the past 4 years. Matt is a big believer of excellent customer service and always bringing a smile to work.


      Ryan McAlpine

      Assistant Golf Professional - Dominion Valley Country Club

      Ryan spent his childhood in Sewell, New Jersey. In 2010, he graduated from the Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach with an Associate's Degree in Business and Golf Complex Management. After moving to the Northern Virginia area in 2011, he worked at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club as a caddie for 6 years.

      Patrick McNamara

      Superintendent - Dominion Valley Country Club

      Patrick joins the Dominion Valley team from our neighbors to the south, The Piedmont Club; where he spent the past three seasons as their Golf Course Superintendent. He began his career at The Piedmont Club, back in 2008, as their Assistant Golf Course Superintendent before transitioning to work for the PGA Tour at TPC @ Avenal Farm in Potomac, Maryland. As an assistant at TPC Avenal he helped host two professional championships, the 2010 Constellation Senior Players Championship and the 2012 Web.Com Tour’s Neediest Kids Championship. Patrick graduated from The University of Maryland with a certification in Golf Course Management.

      Peter Siemsen

      Assistant Golf Professional

      Pete started playing golf late in his 20’s in Arizona after he graduated from a private college with a degree in Photography. While pursuing his photography career in Virginia, Pete worked at some very prestigious Golf Clubs like Robert Trent Jones CC and Evergreen CC as a Bartender and occasionally got commissioned as the lead photographer for the Member/Guest, Member/Member events. Pete moved on to working as the Summer Camp Golf instructor at BroadRun Golf and Practice Facility and was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager. Pete discovered that his passion was in Instruction and decided to take the position as Assistant Golf Professional at Regency at Dominion Valley to further his Instructing Career.

      Membership Coordinator
      Located in Sports Pavilion

      Originally from Raleigh, NC and a Wake Forest University graduate, Jennifer moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1994 for her job. After raising two children, she decided to re-enter the workforce by joining the Dominion Valley Country Club Membership team in July, 2007. As Membership Coordinator, Jennifer enjoys the daily interaction with the membership and helping enhance their experience at the Club. She has also become an avid Golfer during her tenure here!

      Director of Athletics

      Andy has been in the fitness industry for over 22 years, having served in the public, private, and corporate areas. He caters to a diverse clientele, and always delivers professional, researched backed training strategies to enhance behavior modification and quality of life.

      Certifications / Education: Certified Fitness Professional with specialty focus in Post Rehabilitation and Youth Athletics.
