Wine Dinner with Jon Offredo October 16 | 6:30 - 8:30 PM Join us on Wednesday, October 16th for an unforgettable evening of fine wine and exceptional dining. Jon Offredo will guide you through a curated selection of wines, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course dinner designed by our culinary team led by our new Executive Chef, Tyson. This intimate event is the perfect opportunity to explore new flavors, expand your palate, and enjoy a memorable night with fellow members. Reservations are required — space is limited! 1st Course: 2023 Pope Valley “Parcel 3” Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley Tuna Tartare Wonton Cup Crisp wonton filled with fresh tuna tartare, avocado, scallion, sesame, and a smoky burnt poblano-yogurt sauce. 2nd Course: 2018 Tulocay “Haynes Vineyard” Pinot Noir, Coombsville, Napa Valley, California Caramelized Onion & Gruyère Tartlet Flaky tartlet with sweet caramelized onion and Gruyère cheese, paired with a citrus salad of pickled fennel, whipped goat cheese, orange, and citrus gelée. 3rd Course: 2022 The Dude, Red Wine Blend, Napa Valley, California Short Rib Ragù Slow-braised short rib ragù served over creamy polenta with roasted mushrooms and parsnips. 4th Course: 2023 Robert Biale “Black Chicken” Zinfandel, Napa Valley, California Roasted Pork Loin Herb-roasted pork loin finished with cherry balsamic glaze and served over silky celery root purée. 5th Course: Bespoke Pistachio Cream Liqueur Chocolate Avocado Cake Rich chocolate avocado cake topped with pistachio frosting, fresh berries, and a drizzle of white chocolate.

Ryan’s Revenge Golf Outing (Superintendent’s Revenge) Friday, October 17 | 10:00 AM Shotgun Get ready for one of the most creative (and challenging) events of the season! Superintendent Ryan Coburn and his team are taking over the course for a day, designing a unique layout full of twists, turns, and surprises that will test your game in all the best ways. Format: 4-player A,B,C,D Scramble (25%/20%/15%/10% handicap). Sign up as an individual and the Golf Shop will pair teams. Tees: Men will play from the White Tees; Ladies from the Red Tees. Entry Fee: $60 per player (cart fees not included). Extras: Pari-Mutuel betting available before play. Appetizers served in the Pub immediately following golf. Deadline: Wednesday, October 15 at 6:00 PM. Sign up through Golf Genius or by calling the Golf Shop.

Join us for Pumpkin & Prosecco Night, where you’ll sip sparkling wine, enjoy light appetizers, and decorate your own festive mini pumpkin to take home.
